Ha-Shem Limited Announces New Microsoft Tier-1Direct Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Status

Ha-Shem Limited has announced that it has been approved and certified as a Microsoft Tier-1 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), otherwise known as a Direct CSP partner by Microsoft Corporation.

This partnership translates to Ha-Shem having a direct relationship with Microsoft, engaging in one or more Microsoft cloud service, and having made all required investments in infrastructure – billing and provisioning systems, and first-level support with Microsoft for customers.

The Direct Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) model allows a partner to go beyond selling licenses to being more involved in customers’ business, and being able to manage their subscription lifecycle by provisioning their licenses, billing customers directly, and providing first-level support. With multiple touchpoints, the aim, as always, at Ha-Shem, is to build stronger relationships with our customers and spur deeper engagement.

In other words, Ha-Shem Limited is a partner that can deliver the expected quality of service that Microsoft demands of itself and its partners. It also means that we have a direct dealing with Microsoft – so when support cases regarding your subscription are raised, or issues need to be escalated, they can be logged into the system within minutes, and high importance will be given to such cases.
